As a first time home buyer, I was quite unsure and concerned about the home buying process. Dennis held my hand the entire way and made the entire process stress and worry free. I truly appreciate that he remained in constant communication with me, and made sure to understand and address the needs of my family. Dennis has been my Real Estate agent several sales transaction’s, I found him to be realistic, honest and most of all someone who you can trust to handle the sale or purchase need’s, would I use him or recommend him to someone else, absolutely!

Dennis Eison is an incredible realtor and an even better person! Dennis played a crucial role in our home buying experience. My family were first time buyers, searching for a home in San Francisco for nearly a year. It was an overwhelming experience, trying to find a home that met our budget and other criteriass we needed. From dozens of open houses we attended, we’ve come across other realtors, but Dennis stood out because not only was he the most experienced, but more importantly he is genuine and honest. There were so many different parts to buying a home that were new to my family such as reports, inspections, finances, etc. but Dennis made the entire process so easy, everything was smooth sailing after meeting him. Dennis was in constant communication with us, explaining every step to us and sparing no details. This was especially important since my mother does not speak good English, it took her a while to understand the process and would repeatedly ask questions. But Dennis was incredibly patient and made all of us feel at ease. Dennis’ work ethic, reliability, and dedication to making our home buying experience an easy journey. Having a realtor that was born and raised in San Francisco was a great bonus, as he knew the neighborhood, history, schools, and people in the community. Purchasing the right home for my family was big deal, and we needed to place our trust and faith with someone we felt comfortable with and Dennis exceeded our expectations. It is because of Dennis that my family are proud home owners in San Francisco. I look forward to working with Dennis Eison again in the future.
