Great experience using Realty Broker Direct in April 2018 to sell & purchase our home! Dennis and his wife Jeanne are awesome. Very professional and really care about our needs. They went to work for us every step of the way. Since they own the company and the actual broker, we only paid a flat fee when they sold our home and we even got cash back from them a few weeks after closing as a rebate for using them. We definitely saved money and at the same time we had great service from start to finish with both transactions.

Dennis and Jeanne took care of all my needs as I bought my first house, and have been absolutely trustworthy from the very beginning. Dennis was great in helping me sell my rental unit. We had multiple offers and he negotiated everyone up to get the highest price. He kept on top of all of the closing documents required, including help with the inspections and the contractors, throughout the process. He was so thorough we did not even have to attend closing.
