Dennis provides service with integrity and with the best intentions of the customer in mind. He listened to our feedback and was patient in searching for houses and answering questions for us. We looked through many houses, and he was accommodating throughout, with the same level of responsiveness and service he provided from the start of search to the end. We lost a few houses, but he didn't get discouraged and remained energetic and proactive throughout. Dennis usually responds within the hour, which we were very impressed by. He is an excellent negotiator and got us a great price as well as a seller's credit for repairs, which is hard to do in this seller's market. I would definitely recommend Dennis to all of my friends!

We were first time homebuyers without a lick of experience. Fortunately for us we found Dennis Ngai. His expertise, confidence and work ethic reassured us at every step of the way in the sellers’ market we were buying in. It was a difficult time to buy a house, but Dennis blew past our expectations. I truly believe he wanted the best for us and aided in asking the questions and concerns we unfortunately were unaware of. Also, he had an extremely flexible schedule to view homes and talk about the myriad of questions in buying a home. The best part in working with Dennis, was the swift response time, often within the hour of reaching out; we were truly impressed. If we ever need realty services or advice, Dennis will be the first person we go to!

As a first time homebuyer, Dennis was able to guide me through what is a nerve-wracking process in today's highly competitive housing market. Dennis was able to negotiate a 30k BELOW asking price which is unheard of in Sacramento. The deal would have fallen apart numerous times without his diligence and persistence. If I've learned anything from this experience it is that you need someone cool calm and collect like Dennis in your corner to bridge the gap between Buyer and Seller and bring the sale to the finish line.

Dennis was a great pleasure to work with. It was definitely scary for me as a first time home buyer and purchasing 2 hrs away from home (SF) but Dennis made the experience so much smoother and stress-free for me. He is a star and I would highly recommend others to him. He goes above and beyond and is very responsive to your needs. I would give him more than five stars if yelp allows :) and I'm sure whoever uses him will feel the same way as well. Thank you for your help and I will definitely come back again in the future if I plan on purchasing more homes in Elk Grove CA.
