About Dennis

He started with a management company that managed 70 hotels. He worked in NY, MA, FL, SC, CA, MI, NM, IN & NJ taking over hotels that were foreclosed on and turning them around.

He started when they had only 26 hotels as a general manager. Five years later they had 326 hotels, and he was a District Manager overseeing eight hotels working in GA, NC & TN.

After twelve years and a lot of traveling, he wanted to settle down and started working in real estate. In 2000 he started at Sotheby’s in NC where he learned to help high-end buyers and sellers. After two years he moved to Coastal Remax Properties where he was able to help more people and helped start the VA home-buying program with Remax. In 2008 he moved to Boston MA to be closer to family and continued full-time as a Real Estate Broker. He taught over 60 first-time home buyers in the City of Cambridge home buyers’ classes. In January 2012, he moved to Roslindale and started his own real estate company. In 2020 he is merging with Parkway Real Estate so he can provide the best service for his clients.
