A Seattle native, Dennis was born in the Emerald City, and lived for 20 years in Alaska. Leveraging a 10 year career that included project management for clientele like Disney, Caesar's Palace, and the Mandalay Bay Casino, and followed by a sales and management position that provided marketing for the largest print and online Real Estate Brand in the country. Having started his full-time Real Estate Career in the wild days of 2005, just before the Great Recession, Dennis has experienced and coached clients through several market cycles and is a potent ally to homeowners looking to maximize their sale price and minimize market time, while reducing the stress of the home purchase & sale process.
