Started my real estate business over 15 years in Orlando Florida. After building and selling a successful business in hospital bill reviews I decided to work for myself for the remainder of my working career and became a Realtor.
I bought, remodeled, and sold multiple homes in the first 50 years of my life and knew real estate would be the right business for me. After 5 years in real estate I made the wise decision to join Re/Max, the number one real estate firm in the world. After 10+ years with Re/Max, it was a good move for me.
I work with residential Buyers, Sellers, looking for that perfect home. And commercial or residential investors looking for property that will bring them positive cash flow and portfolio growth. I have been performing property management services for owners for over 6 years. I make property ownership easy for the owner.
Born and raised in Southern Indiana, I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. I was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at Purdue for three years. Prior to the real estate business I worked as a manager for the US Postal Service, and then built the successful medical bill review company.
Moved to Orlando Florida in my early 30's to live in the sunshine and enjoy my families favorite activities of soccer and water skiing on a year round basis. The family is now strong supporters of Orlando's MLS Team, the Orlando Lions.
