My past experience in real estate sales, brokerage training, resolving contract terms/conditions affecting clients, project management, and my general service persona will be an asset in our business relationship. 

My passion is driven by providing the ultimate real estate experience while keeping your best interests at the center of my actions. No two sales are the same however there could be a hurdle that needs to be overcome. Common types are inspection issues, appraisal issues, negotiation issues and client/agent expectation issues. Rest assured I have the experience, knowledge and wetherall to get us past said hurdle(s) and moved into the "closed" column.
