Derek has had an affinity for real estate since purchasing his first house in 1994, not far from where he grew up in Boston. His spirited appreciation of architecture and design has been influenced by residing in diverse regions such as Massachusetts, Scottsdale and for the past 11 years, Los Angeles, which Derek now calls home.

He has honed his professional skills to provide each client with an unparalleled attentiveness and commitment, with an ability to listen, understand and successfully meet their needs. Derek delivers this signature experience throughout the Home Buying/ Selling process along with his team base of brokers, seasoned business managers and in house marketing consultants who have over 40 years of experience committed to providing each client with premium service.

Customer service, integrity, and building relationships have always been the foundation of Derek’s professional focus, evident in his 10 years of owning and operating the largest, most consistent guest centric valet parking company in Boston. He sold the business to move to Arizona where he studied and became an esteemed wellness practitioner.
