Over a period of several months I worked closely with Derek to find an apartment in Omaha and subsequently sell my home. I can honestly say the entire process went very smoothly. All of my concerns were addressed and taken care of. Derek is knowledgeable about all aspects of Real Estate and able to address the needs of his clients. Derek will listen to the needs of each individual he is working with. I highly recommend him.

Derek is the best Realtor you will ever come across, I’m stationed overseas and he has helped me purchase a house and since the house needed major renovations, he has found a contractor and a lender, negotiated the deal, and is currently managing the project without me needing to be there or put my two sense. He has been the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable real estate agent that I have ever known. he has taken money out of his own pocket to pay for a time-sensitive item to make sure the deal works; everything he has done is above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. I cannot overstate that there is no better real estate agent than Derek.!!!!!
