There are is certainly no shortage of realtors to choose from in SWFL. However, I've found it increasingly harder to find a solid, good, HONEST, and trustworthy realtor to work with... until my wife and I found Derek DeSantis. Mr. DeSantis, above all, is a man of integrity. He is very courteous and prompt, and truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients. He continually exceeds all expectations and makes it a point to the go the extra mile! I'm impressed that in a traditionally cutthroat industry that is laden with realtors that are willing to cut all corners, take shortcuts, and jab their competitors in the name of dollar, Mr. DeSantis stays true to the client and their needs, never wavering from what is good and right.
