Derek is a phenomenal realtor. We got his info from our friends who highly recommended him and we weren't disappointed. Even with the difficulty of moving to Portland from out of state, he worked with us to find times to see houses (often multiples at a time) when we were in town and once found the house we wanted, fought like heck to get it for us and resolve any issues.
