Derek Whitner, a REALTOR® with a Corporate Finance and RE investing background, is the analytical numbers guy, served as 2024 President of the Cobb Association of REALTORS® and the Rainmaker on the team. Lavenia, his wife, works alongside him – a former IT Consulting, Sales, Project Management and Business Development Director by trade. She’s Derek's teammate, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) AND a marketing maven & exposure creator who seeks to maximize your bottom line.
