Derrick Gardner

Derrick Gardner earned his M.S. degree from California State University East Bay and his B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley. While attending CAL, Derrick had a successful football career and went on to play professionally. During the off-seasons Derrick began studying real estate and attending seminars. He soon discovered his passion for real estate, and it became his focus. He acquired his real estate license in 2004 and within his first year of becoming a real estate professional he became a top producer and earned numerous awards with Prudential CA Realty.

Later, Derrick and his wife ventured out and started their own boutique real estate company, La Bay Properties. Establishing an independent brokerage has enhanced Derrick’s ability to cater to each of his clients’ unique and individual needs.
