Broker and co-founder of deGolian Realty, DeSales Rossetti deGolian provides expert real estate guidance and invaluable support to her much-loved clients and her deGolian family of agents. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, DeSales moved with her family in 1974 to make Peachtree City her home. This is truly where DeSales’ passion for all things real estate related bloomed as she began working and gaining valuable experience within the family’s building business, Ravin Homes. Throughout her years in high school, DeSales worked closely with the family learning the ins and outs of building quality homes from the ground up. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from University of Georgia, DeSales became a key player in the continued success of Ravin Homes for 26 years, working alongside her father Vince Rossetti, and her brothers, Michael, Jerome, and Stephen, and later on, with her husband, Roch deGolian.
In July 2019, DeSales and Roch founded DeGolian Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage, in Peachtree City, Georgia, with great powers to connect people with their dreams. DeGolian Realty offers expert real estate guidance and services to home sellers and buyers in South Atlanta. DeSales’ superpower is her “knowledge beyond the sale,” as her decades in the business have helped her build trusted relationships with attorneys, lenders, subcontractors and more. With her Contractor and Broker licenses, DeSales is able to anticipate her clients’ needs and wants whether it’s hustling to secure their home via a sale or by transforming it into their dream home from custom construction, renovation, and design.
A true lover of life, DeSales relishes her little free time with family friends: visiting her daughter Blaise at University of Georgia, grilling with hubby Roch, keeping fit through her Pilates classes, or walking the golf course with her fur baby, Fergie.
