First let me say that at 63 years old I didn't even consider it possible to buy a house. But without any pressure my agent Desiree McDuffie began to reassure me that in fact it was possible. She patiently began to walk me through the process step by step. Instructing me on the things that I would have to do to get qualified. All the while always encouraging me and helping me to change my mindset from doubt to I can really do it. This wasn't my first time working with her. About 5 years ago she helped me with a rental. And when I was ready to look for another rental she talked to me about buying. And now here we are, Samantha and I are living the dream of owning our own home. From the realtor to the lender everyone has been so helpful. First rate. Thank you for helping us live our dream.
