Desiree is by far the BEST realtor!
I decided to move out of state and acquire a new house in Florida with Desiree and while this can be a very stressful process, I felt 110% confident with her. She provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the negotiation brilliantly. She was very responsive to every one of my questions, no matter how small or at what time. Desiree really listens to clients and goes the extra mile, she even traveled 4 hours to my destination. Recommending her to all my friends and family.

Desiree is extremely professional and over all just a great person to work with. She is very kind and a great personality and her knowledge of the market was very high. She listed our property on a Friday and we accepted an offer by Sunday and the offer she was able to get for us was right at the amount that was originally purchased. If you need any assistance with Florida property she is definitely the agent you need to contact.

You will not find someone who has your best interests than Desiree. There were several times where she was tougher on negotiating than I was. I almost felt bad for the other agent hahaha. But in the end she not only helped us get the best deal but she is so vigilant and supportive along this entire purchasing process. She is a great resource if you are buying or selling. Desiree has a large network of support for buyers and sellers. I am sure she will always reach out and be available even after the deal is done (anytime of the day or night). I cannot speak more highly of Desiree. She is best in class!
