Desiree Metzger

Desiree Sowell is the Broker and Owner of Sowell Realty Group, a full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, affordable housing, real estate investments, and first-time homebuyer services across Wisconsin and Illinois.

Her real estate journey began in 2020, following a 13-year career in the medical field. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Desiree earned her Broker’s license in March 2023 and opened Sowell Realty Group. By December of that year, she expanded her vision and aligned her brokerage with Keller Williams Realty Signature to offer even greater support to her clients and community.

Originally from Hayward, WI and now proudly serving the Stateline area since 2001, Desiree is deeply rooted in her community. She is LITCH- and HUD-certified, a member of Young Professionals, and actively involved with the Beloit Chamber of Commerce. Her work is grounded in purpose, partnering with ACTS Homes to rehab properties and expand affordable housing options in Beloit and beyond.
Outside of real estate, Desiree is a devoted wife and proud mom of 10 in a beautiful blended family. Together, they spend their time coaching youth sports, supporting local pageants, and giving back to the community they love.
