Dessence was AMAZING! She always listened to me and my needs. Always patient and understanding to my meltdowns....lol

I had a few of those. I had a personality issue with my lender a week before closing. I called her and told her I want to change lenders. She immediately went to work, to save my earnest money! She did just that and got the seller to agree to work with us. I closed on my first house 2 1/2 weeks later.
