Very understanding, caring and never rushes one of the bigger investments of buying and creating a home.

Desta is the most genuine, selfless, detailed, professional and supportive person I have ever worked with. Saying it was an absolute pleasure to have worked with Mrs. Bailey; is an understatement. From the first interaction via phone, I felt her genuineness through the phone line and I knew I wanted to work with her. She gained my trust more and more each time we interacted. Not once did it feel transactional or as if I was not her only client. It felt like I had her undivided attention throughout the entire process. Her professionalism is unmatched. Even when others weren’t responsive as they should’ve been, she showed a tremendous amount of support while maintaining her professionalism. Step by step she held my hands from the beginning to the end when I got my keys. Desta was able to find me exactly what I wanted in my first property. She was intentional about making sure I was happy with my decision. It was clear that it was not about getting paid; but more about building that client relationship that would have a long lasting effect. I can truly say she is a HUGE part of the reason I was able to complete this home buying process successfully, and in such a short time; and I would HIGHLY recommend Mrs Desta Bailey to be your agent/realtor. I have been looking for a property for some time now and has attempted to work with others that weren’t as helpful as I would have liked. But, Desta, is unmatched and is truly the BEST at what she does. I will absolutely be working with her again in the future.

Words can’t begin to explain how wonderful this process of buying a house was; and all thanks goes to Desta Bailey. The thought of being a new home owner at times was overwhelming but Desta assured me that from time to time this would be expected.

Desta assisted me patiently while I went back and forth for about two years on finding the right home. We came close to many but decided it was not the right home after careful thinking and input from my family. I must say without a doubt, Desta is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough and willing to meet your needs in finding the perfect home within your budget.

Without a doubt, I trusted Desta with the process of finding a new home for my family. Needless to say, my family and I are ecstatic. Initially, Desta was referred to me by friends who until this day has maintained a good relationship with her. I fervently second that.

I vehemently recommend Desta to anyone wanting to buy a house. Even if they are selling, I would definitely suggest Desta as her marketing skills are very strong. I would call her in a heartbeat if I needed to purchase another home.

The absolute best Real Estate Agent! Desta went above and beyond from day one to closing. You can tell she loves what she does and she always had our best interest at heart. She did everything from driving the distance to explore new construction subdivisions for us to making phone calls to the top when our lender's underwriter delayed our closing. Desta Bailey is absolutely amazing! Her professionalism, diligence, compassion and availability surpasses any real estate agent I've ever worked with. We relocated to the area and she made the process happen. If it wasn't for her a family of 6 would have been stuck in a hotel for easily a month if not longer. out of all the real estate agents that we spoke to, to view listings or to inquire she is the only one that answered her phone got back to us and set up appointments and got things accomplished. We are renting now, but when we are ready to buy she Will be our girl. I can't wait to work with her again. She is a breath of fresh air in a chaotic world.
