We have known Devin since 2017. He helped us purchase our first home. He was extremely helpful and patient as we were first time home buyers. He explained to us everything in detail and supported along the journey. We closed on our first home with no issues and on time. When we thought about selling our home in 2021, we called him and he appraised our home properly. He listed our home after he did a great job hiring very good professionals for the photography. We got a cash offer for full price. He is currently helping us with purchasing our next home. We have been blessed to have him as our agent and we consider ourselves lucky to have him as our agent.
We definitely recommend him to family and friends and to anyone who is looking for a professional and a talented agent to help them sell or purchase their home.

We used Devin to sell our condo in Naples FL during very trying times because of covid. We are pleased that we chose Devin because he worked very diligently, looking after our interests, while we were stuck in Canada with the border to the US closed.
