Having grown up in the real estate industry, he developed a strong foundation by watching his father establish and grow Property Pro. Today, he combines that lifelong experience with a strategic, results-driven approach to helping clients maximize the value of their real estate investments.
Throughout his career, Devin has closed more than $150 million in commercial, multifamily, and residential real estate transactions and has negotiated leases totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. His expertise spans investment sales, landlord representation, leasing, portfolio management, financial analysis, and identifying opportunities that drive long-term asset appreciation. He also has significant experience raising debt and equity capital for office, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and land transactions.
As Managing Broker, Devin oversees the firm's brokerage and property management operations, leading some of the company's largest and most complex portfolios. He provides strategic leadership in leasing, capital improvement planning, asset management, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations while advising investors and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term portfolio strategy.
Known for his market knowledge, responsiveness, and hands-on approach, Devin is committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. His focus is helping investors and property owners make informed decisions that maximize value and achieve their long-term investment goals.
Devin lives in Los Gatos with his wife and their two young sons. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his sons' sports teams, surfing the California coast, snowboarding, and traveling with his family.
