Dewey has a wealth of knowledge about NYC, plus the sensitivity and understanding to get the heart of what you're looking for in an apartment. Plus he's dependable and trustworthy. I've met so many flakey brokers who didn't bother to get to know me or what I was looking for - and that's NOT Dewey! I can't recommend him enough!
