Dezda Finn

Dezda Finn has worked in property management since 1996 and in Spokane, selling real estate since 2005. She opened her own company in 2010.

Dezda was the secretary for the Independent Broker's Association Board of Directors. She has also served as President for both local and state for the Women's Council of Realtors board of directors. She currently serves on the National Executive Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors. Dezda is on the Spokane Association of Realtors Board of Directors and Dezda Finn Properties, LLC is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Her real estate specialties are in single-family homes, multi-unit properties, and investment properties. Dezda works with investors assisting them in building their real estate portfolios, with homebuyers to find their perfect home, and with sellers to get the best deal possible on their properties.

Dezda is outgoing, honest, and straightforward. She really enjoys educating first-time homebuyers and investors about the process of property ownership. Dezda excels at finding and calculating what makes a good investment property and securing it for her clients.
