He has represented clients with their real estate transactions in DC, MD, and VA. He is an experienced property owner himself, who has bought and sold his own homes in multiple states. He understands firsthand that buying and/or selling a home is one of the most significant personal and financial decisions a person makes. Dhee brings additional knowledge and experience in real estate from architectural and economics studies and his rental property investments across multiple states. He also sat on the Board of Trustees for a large (760+ unit) condominium and retail property for over five years, where he gained strong experience in condominium property management, operations, and ownership. Dhee has a genuine passion for real estate and brings a blend of experience and insight to provide clients with sound guidance on their property transactions.
