Diana Merced

Diana was born and raised in New York City, where she studied fashion design in the Art Institute in New York City. Upon moving to Puerto Rico, she worked as an operation manager in her family fashion designing and manufacturing business while she pursued her BBA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and concentrated on mastering the Spanish language and culture. Diana later moved to Houston, Texas. In Houston Diana owned and operated an insurance agency. She has also worked in mergers and acquisitions, mortgage and lending and real estate. Diana has presently completed her CBR (Certificate Buyers Representation) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) MCNE (Master Certified Negotiations Expert) and SRS (Seller Representation Specialist).
