As a Sacramento native, professional Realtor, licensed real estate appraiser, community volunteer, and dedicated Mother, Diana Scheid brings a host of valuable assets to the Lyon Real Estate Family.

A graduate of CSU Sacramento, Diana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Well-rounded with marketing, mortgage, appraisal, and sales experience, she understands a real estate transaction from all angles. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Diana partnered in a local residential real estate appraisal firm-- through this career path, she has gained valuable insight into market valuation models, setting her apart from others in her field.

Passionate about the Sacramento Area, Diana dedicates time and attention to giving back to her community. National Charity League, St John's Shelter for Women & Children, Mustard Seed School, Shriner's Hospital, American Cancer Society, St Francis High School, and St Ignatius Catholic School are some of the organizations that have benefited from that passion.

Aside from her professional life, Diana is a proud Mother of three teenage daughters and embraces her Italian heritage as an avid cook, wine enthusiast, and student of Italian culture.
