About Diane

Diane Lieberman has to her credit more than 30 years in real estate as an owner/developer, buyer and seller of luxury homes, boutique hotels and residential and commercial properties. She relocated to Miami 26 years ago bringing with her years of experience in competitive markets such as Philadelphia and New York. In 1999, she opened South Beach Investment Realty. The company name evolved into South Beach International Realty and SBI Realty. SBI had tremendous success and was ranked as one of the top boutique real estate companies in South Florida, prior to being purchased by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in September 2015.

Diane Lieberman has continually been one of the highest producing sales brokers in the industry. Diane has a “CLHMS Luxury Designation,” is a member of the Master Brokers Forum and was also selected to sit on the “Board of Governors” for RAMB (Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches), 2008-2009.

Along with her husband Alan Lieberman, Diane helps develop and sell ultra-luxurious contemporary waterfront homes, favorites of celebrity and high-profile clients, including Hulk Hogan and Michael Bay. The Lieberman’s are also the owners of the South Beach Group, a chain of 20 true Miami Beach Historic Hotels, which are very successful and cater to the Miami Beach trendy traveler. Alan and Diane offer their hotels to host a series of community and cultural functions, along with many different types of charity events. Also, an active member of society, Diane Lieberman has a deep, personal commitment to Jewish and local community causes. The Lieberman’s are also very active at the Arscht Performing Arts Center, the Bass Museum in Miami Beach, and the New World Symphony. In 2013 she also joined the board of the GMJF (Greater Miami Jewish Federation).

Diane’s unparalleled success in real estate comes not only from her expert knowledge and dedication to her clients, but from her large professional and personal network of contacts. Diane’s close relationships with celebrities and other elite members of society internationally allow her to market high-end properties to the most qualified buyers of luxury real estate. Past clients include Ivana Trump, Kelsey Grammar, Hulk Hogan, basketball star Chris Bosh, Stephen Webster (London Jeweler), Tracey Emin (international artist) and Youseff Nabil (international artist).
