My love of real estate started with real estate investing 20 years ago. I bring that knowledge to every transaction, and understand it is one of the largest investments a person will ever make. it is important that it be the home of one's dreams, as well as a solid investment.


I have experience in new construction and have received the New Home Construction Certification as well as the Residential Construction Certification. These certifications require additional training that I have invested in to be a stronger advocate for my clients purchasing a new construction home.
