This might sound trite, but we mean it sincerely. Diane is the best realtor ever! Five years ago she helped us find and purchase a townhouse for our daughter in Kennesaw. As a result of that experience, we requested her assistance as we looked to move to Marietta.

Diane helped line up several visits to existing homes as well as new construction homes. We ended up contracting to build a house from the ground up in a new development ... and she helped with every step in the the entire process. She has a wealth of experience and she helped track details and made sure that we didn't miss anything. In addition, since she took the time to learn about us, she was an excellent sounding board for us with design elements for our new house.

We had some serious issues with our first agent which lead me to search Zillow for someone that could handle our real estate needs. After looking through realtor ratings, I chose Diane based upon the stellar reviews she received. Our experience with Diane was outstanding. She was proactive in getting our house sold and finding us another. When our mortgage loan officer was dragging her feet, Diane hooked us up with a lender that had us pre-approved that afternoon. We were then able to make an offer on the house we loved on the same day the house was listed. She even set our closings on the same day, which made our move less of a hassle. For example, she pointed out homes that had Louisiana Pacific siding and taught us what to look for. She explained why we should avoid that type of siding. After having a bad experience with a previous realtor we contacted Diane from a referral. We weren't quite sure if we were ready to buy, but we had a few questions since we're first time home buyers. Diane replied to all of the emails within a few hours. She kept in contact with us up until the point that we were ready to fully begin the process. When we requested to look at certain properties she was on top of it immediately with getting approval for the showings the next day. She didn't push us on any houses. The first house we looked at she actually said, This isn't the house for you before we entered. She pointed out all the flaws and what would not work for a VA loan. Definitely appreciated her honesty since we were clueless on what to look out for. Once we found the house she was quick to send our offer. She walked us through each step during the due diligence period and got our inspection done before appraisal in case anything came back bad so we wouldn't be out the inspection money on top of it.
