Diane Pettus

Diane Pettus has lived locally in the area most of her life, with the last 20 years as a resident of Granite Bay. When she was 20 years old her husband Tim and her watched as their first house was being built. That was the beginning of their 30-year journey working side by side in Real Estate as both a passion and a profession. Their lives were enriched further when they adopted their son Tom at three years of age.

About 12 years ago Diane started working their family real estate business on her own as Tim became seriously ill. An initial misdiagnosis brought about life-changing challenges that strengthened their little family, and at times consumed their energy; but Tim never lost his positive attitude or ability to guide and contribute. With his strength and her resolve to continue what they started together Diane is a top producer, Diamond Society Award Recipient and Life Member of the Sacramento and Placer Associations of Realtors Masters Club. Sadly, for all his strength and fighting valiantly, Tim passed away in 2016.

A part of Diane's success is her broker and mentor, Clay Sigg. She has been with Clay most of her career. His 42 years of real estate experience and many years as a leader in the Sacramento and California Association of Realtors has been a great support. Diane is excited that she has recently followed Clay from Coldwell Banker to Diez and Sigg Properties. With change comes more opportunities and she is looking forward to that.

Her clients are why she loves what she do. Whether they are buying or selling, Diane always looks forward to sharing her real estate experience and knowledge to help them achieve their home ownership dreams. She is excited to further share this passion with her son Tom, who at 19 years old has the ‘real estate’ bug.

This is Diane's journey and she looks forward to helping her clients begin or continue in their own journey to owning their dream home. Her goal is to relieve the stress of selling and buying, be detailed-oriented, communicate thoughtfully, and advocate in behalf of her clients. Together, they will inspire each other. She listens and cares
