A review about Diane Rukab and her services in real estate is something I not only intend to do, but also let you all know how this woman changed me and my husband’s life when pertaining to owning property. Diane was not only professional in every aspect of the word, but kind and caring - something I wasn’t expecting from a realtor. But then again, Diane isn’t your normal realtor. To say she constantly went above and beyond to look for homes, drive to open houses, and really investigate to find the perfect home us was really something that left me in awe. She was there, supportive and patient, since day one of our search for the perfect home... which took longer than expected. When there were some let downs, she was the first one to remain positive and remind us that our perfect home will come to us, and it did! I never thought I’d be happier than when I heard Diane’s voice say “THE HOUSE IS YOURS!” I instantly sobbed and that was the moment where our fantasy became our reality. She’s been though thick and thin with us, and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts with our first home purchase. Thank you for everything you have done, and thank you for the person that you are, Diane... There’s no one I would recommend more !

To say that Diane is an excellent realtor and source of guidance and support is a complete understatement.
From beginning to closing Diane went above and beyond her duty in ensuring my Wife and I found the perfect home.
We saw many houses in our search and she was patient and kind through the process.
Her aim was not to get us to close on just any property but to find a home we would truly be happy in no matter how long it took to find.
At one point we thought we would have to postpone the search for several months due to personal circumstances and she was happy to wait and help us closer to the time.
She would start work early in the morning and send us listings that had just hit the market and would work with our schedules without hesitation.
She fast worked out exactly what both my Wife and I were looking for and we found a home with the perfect balance.
Aside from looking for properties she was also extremely helpful when it came to running numbers prior to seeing the property to avoid disappointment when it falls out of budget.
An excellent realtor and all round amazing person who we grew very fond of through the process.
We would recommend Diane in a heartbeat and would not consider anybody else moving forward.
