Diane Sutherland

Diane Sutherland is a true professional in every sense of the word. She is driven by a deep dedication to her buyers and sellers, and operates with great patience, care and thoroughness to fulfill their real estate goals.

Diane began her career in real estate in 2004; but she has loved homes, interiors and architecture since well before that. Her tenure in the business as a professional working with resales as well as such prominent new developments as 20 Pine downtown gives her valuable insight that is extremely beneficial to her clients.

A Manhattan resident since 1979, Diane has bought and sold several co-ops and condos over the years. She recently purchased her current home in beautiful Brooklyn Heights. Her intimate familiarity with the city’s unique neighborhoods has proven to be an exceptional asset, wherever her clients’ needs take her.

Diane previously carved her success as a performer in many Broadway and Off-Broadway shows as well as national tours. Originally from Delaware, she holds a degree in Fine Arts from Carnegie-Mellon University. Her excellent interpersonal skills and strong knowledge of the NYC market make her a natural at matching people with the right properties. Helping her clients find a home they will be happy in is her primary motivation!
