Diann's real estate experience began when she was a first-year student in college through rehabbing properties for long term rentals, or for re-sale (otherwise known as flipping). Diann received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, then immediately obtained a real estate license, putting her focus of marketing and business law to work in real estate. Diann personally customizes a marketing plan to the unique characteristics of her client's properties.

Diann's passion for interior design and understanding of current market trends has led to her successfully project managing over 150 home remodels. These projects range from small floors and doors projects to complete frame up projects. Diann enjoys using her design skills to maximize a home’s square footage and profit potential.
