From the get go, I knew Dianna was going to be my realtor and the one who would help me find my house. It took me a couple of years after my divorce to fix my credit and save money, but when I was ready, I called her right away. She'll keep it real with you, and guide you along the way, explain things thoroughly, will even take time to explain contract verbiage.
She's patient and knowledgeable of her craft, from searching for the right home for me and my girls, to knowing the neighborhood if it's a good fit for us or not, to connecting me to a lender and help facilitate all the appointments to get your purchase to close on time. It was a humbling experience, she's become a good friend, a great listener, provided moral support and guidance throughout the process. Even after the transaction was over, she's still there checking up on us, making sure everything is okay. I trust her and definitely would and have recommended her.
