We were moving from Ohio to Florida and didn’t know the area very well. Dianne was amazing to work with! She showed me a variety of homes in many different areas of SW Florida. She’s very detailed in looking at each homes history, permit history, neighborhood, and many other things I didn’t even consider when buying a new home. I would highly recommend Dianne to anybody looking for their dream home in SW Florida!

Over the years we have moved some 20 times form coast to coast and have experinenced many realtors. With that being said Dianne Anderson has been by far the best yet. Her banking background also was a mojor plus especially with calculating all the various costs as they relate to buying and selling properties. Dianne exceeded all of our expectations.
She is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchasing process. Not only did she take us around when we were in town she also previewed homes and did facetime tours with us remotely one of which we ultimately purchased at less than list price all in a very hot market. Dianne knows the market well.
She also helped coordinate our inspections, financing and closing.

We couldn't have had a better realtor. We did not know the Fort Myers market, but Dianne did and she showed us some fantastic properties and introduced us to the area. She was very professional and full of information about the area. She took us on virtual tours of various places until we were able to come to Fort Myers to see the places in person. We ended up buying at a property that she recommended and couldn't be happier. If you want an outstanding realtor, Dianne is your winning ticket.

Not only does she have the most contagious smile and positive personality, she brings an abundance of knowledge, patience, negotiation skills and tools to the purchasing process. We contacted Dianne when we were interested in buying a home in Ft. Myers, and from the very first communication we found her to be professional and on top of her market. When we arrived to visit Ft. Myers she had our schedule all arranged so we could see the most properties we could in the time we had in town. My partner and I decided to look for a vacation home in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs over the holidays this year. We asked my good friend in Colorado for a referral and she connected us with Dianne. We cannot say enough good things about her!

From the first conversation I was impressed with Dianne’s thoroughness and her ability to really hone in on what we wanted. She really listens. She knows this area so well, she was able to show us a few spots in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and then when we decided we wanted to be on Fort Myers Beach, she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. In a market where every listing has multiple offers, she got us under contract and to closing very quickly and with ease.

As a mortgage lender for over 20 years, I have known a lot of agents. Dianne stands out as one of the very best i have ever worked with.

We closed this past week and we are so, so happy! The house has everything we were looking for and at the price point we wanted.
