Dianne DeFalco

Branch Manager Coach, Trainer and Mentor Dianne began her career in real estate in 2004. She was a top producing agent when she joined Howard Hanna|Rand Realty in 2009. As a salesperson, Dianne embraced the tools she was given and quickly advanced her career to become a Business Development Manager. In this capacity, Dianne trained agents on the many technology tools offered by the company. She trained in 10 of our office locations in both Orange and Rockland Counties. Gaining great satisfaction from assisting the agents and helping them grow their careers, Dianne once again advanced her career to become the Assistant Manager at our flagship office in New City. There she trained and coached over 160 agents. In February of 2018 Dianne was named Branch Manager of our Goshen office. It is here that she continues to put her talents to work. Dianne’s goal is to grow our Goshen Branch to its full potential as a top producing office in the county. She currently manages more than 60 agents and takes absolute pride and joy in helping them grow and build their careers. She does this by assisting with our technology tools, counseling them through their transactions, coaching them one on one to develop their business and bringing overall excitement and enthusiasm to the office as a whole. Dianne has a love of education and continues to expand her knowledge of real estate on all levels. She freely imparts her knowledge of technology, sales skills, social media presence and personal branding in order to build the careers of her agents. Dianne is always in search of new talent and has a strong desire to continue to grow and build an office with talented, driven individuals who share the same mindset.
