The majority of Dianne's business has focused on helping people find housing and sell their home, while relocating to and from Seattle. She has expertise in the special needs of a relocating person and growing up in Seattle has given her broad knowledge of neighborhoods that people relocating require. Of course, the same is true for people who want to move locally!

Dianne started as a Realtor in 1990. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington, and a master’s degree in Public Health Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Her Real Estate credentials include A certified "Built Green" Professional, Certified Negotiation Expert, Relocation Specialist, Relationship Marketing Specialist, and Internet Marketing Specialist. She has also taken courses in Real Estate Photography, Short Sale Negotiations, Multiple Offer Issues, and legal Issues.

Dianne's job is to understand your needs, give you the data to help you make appropriate decisions, write clear concise documents, and follow up on all the details. She feels that her 20 years’ experience will guide you in making the best decision for you.
Additional Expertise:
Dianne is fluent in American Sign Language and has helped several deaf individuals purchase homes in the community. Her Bachelor’s degree was in psychology and race relations. She feels very comfortable in working with people from different cultures. She respects and admires the differences and can guide people in the cultural norms for purchasing or selling a home in this country.
