I’ve reviewed before and now going on my 5th year renting from them. Just had a maintenance issue and was scheduled next day and fixed shortly after. Highly recommend. We love the house, and the office staff is always been courteous and responsive. Dianne and Dawn in particular have been very professional. Thank you guys!

Our heat went out on December 23 and they had someone out on Christmas Eve to fix the problem. Then my fridge started acting up and they had someone contact me to schedule appointment the same day. A++

We have had the pleasure of doing business with Dianne and her team 3 times now and is looking into a 4th. We liked Dianne from the very first time we met. Her knowledge, transparency, honesty and friendly demeanor, made us go back to her time and again. She took the stress and burden associated with selling and buying property off of our shoulders. All we needed to do was sign. She is always there to answer questions even long after a transaction. When she does not hear from us, she will check up on us from time to time. Not because we are possible future clients, but because after sales service is a priority for her and her team. We recommend TriCounty to all our friends, aquintances and people we cross paths with.

I am extremely grateful for Tri Country Estate, they have been truly wonderful!!! I have been their tenant for the last year and I have no complaints. Most of my encounters were with Emily and Dawn, they have always been pleasant and helpful. Any and all maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner. I am moving from my present residence with Tri Country because of personal matters, believe me I did not won’t to give my notice to vacant but that’s life! I would recommend Tri Country to anyone searching for a realtor company!

When I wrote this initial review I gave it a 1 star. I would have given it a 0 if I could based on my first month moving into a rental property. Being a military family and moving around so often, I have had more property managers than I could count. Although I was very upset on how everything was handled in the beginning, I can honestly say that when I submitted my online maintenance request I was pleasantly surprised that everything was addressed professionally and quickly. Therefore I have updated my review to a 4 star. Great job!

I have been a property owner and have enjoyed the business relationship with my property manager Emily Kelley for several years now. I want to start from the beginning, just to really demonstrate how Dianne Kessler's keen sense of professionalism and hard work really paid off for me. I had never lived in Savannah, Ga and was in need of a place to live as I was beginning a doctoral program in the area. I was under a huge time crunch because I started my search only 3 weeks before the program start date. I found Dianne's information online, and within the first 2 minutes of speaking with her over the phone I knew that she was exactly who I was looking for to work for me. She listened carefully and then asked poignant questions that were both comforting and thought provoking. She really knows the ins & outs of the business. I was looking for a nice condo to live in while in school that could also be used as an investment property in the future. She presented me with very ORGANIZED lists of properties along with her thoughts on each. She works extremely well through text and email, which is important today. We visited properties for 3 days together, and I enjoyed every second. She is a very CONNECTED, PERSONABLE and PROFESSIONAL business woman. Her office is ran like a well oiled machine, so the negotiation and closing process went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. I have been in my new home and have been extremely happy for about a month now. I have had absolutely no problems, second guesses or regrets all because Dianne covered every base even in such a short time frame. I recommend her 100%.
