With the help of Dillon, I just closed on my new home. I have been looking at homes for a couple of years, and I have been through several realtors in the Searcy area who weren't very responsive or interested in helping me through the process. Dillon was very responsive, listening to my preferences and retaining them each time they changed to help narrow down my home search. He was patient, spending full days driving all over Eastern Arkansas and rearranging his schedule to jump on a new house I wanted to see right away. His patience was truly amazing. He was very professional in his interactions. He was a strong advocate or me - both guiding me and fighting for me to get the best deal. He thought of ideas I never would have for the best purchase price. Excellent quality and I'd say great value, not just good value. Dillon is a great realtor and one you would want to hire to make your home search as easy and pleasant as possible and help you buy your next home at a fair price.

Dillon is a wonderful guy to work with! He is very knowledgeable and he was always very quick to get answers when we needed them. We were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions. He always answered the phone when we called and/or was quick to call back. He even advised us when he knew our interest rate was too high with our original lenders. He saved us hundreds on our monthly payments! If you are looking for someone to help you buy/sell a house, I highly recommend him! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

I purchased my first home in September 2020 and I am glad I had the help of Dillon Howard in picking the right place to live and making a very complicated buying process much simpler.

I'm not an expert in the home buying process at all and I had lots of questions about it. Dillon always had a good answer for my questions and was always quick to respond too.

Dillon was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He helped me sell 220 acres of CRP land. This land deal came with many complexities that would have been very difficult without a good real estate agent to guide us through it. He proved to be very resourceful and was able to find solutions to all of the different issues that tend to come up with any real estate transaction. I highly recommend calling him for any real estate needs you have.
