There are no words for how grateful we are to have worked with Dimple! She EXCELS as an agent and constantly put our ideas, priorities, thoughts, and needs first. She never pressured us into any decisions we weren’t comfortable with but rather would ask us insightful questions and keep us focused on her 4L’s to figure out if a place was right for us. We bought during a very tumultuous time on the market and we know we would not have been successful at closing on our dream home without her. She’s so many components—an advocate, a friend, an in-the-know/connected home improvement advisor, mortgage shopper, and negotiator for even your home services (cleaners, gardeners…) and expectations at closing. We will be recommending her to anyone who is looking and will definitely be using her again if ever we decide to sell. She’s just beyond anything we expected (after interviewing with/meeting with a variety of realtors in the SD area prior, and working with multiple agents in other cities previously). Don’t bother looking anywhere else if you want your process to be smooth and know you’re in honest, capable, and proactive hands!

She truly cared about us and our needs during our housing search and went above and beyond…while any agent can help you push the paperwork to buy or sell a home, Dimple treats you like her own family and watches out for your interests. Buying a home is always stressful but given current circumstances (few options, competitive buyers, high prices, rising interest rates) now is a huge challenge. I was so fortunate to be referred to Dimple Desai. I had an extensive list of criteria I asked her to meet while I had no knowledge of the San Diego area. She was so on top of the market and what was and coming available. She was able to steer me to affordable homes that met all my criteria. She helped me prepare competitive offers for desirable homes. When the market kept get crazier she remained optimistic we would find the right place at the right price. She listened to my concerns. Beyond that she was an incredible advocate through the escrow process. She has been in incredible resource becoming familiar with my new neighborhood. Her professionalism is exemplary!

We cannot thank Dimple enough for all she did during our home buying journey. As a first time home buyer we did not know a lot about the process and were a little nervous as buying a house is a very big commitment. From day 1 Dimple was someone we could approach anytime and always got a genuine , informed advice. She never rushed us, always explained everything as she understands that we are buying a HOME for us .Even she never compromised until we really loved something . It’s only because of her our very first offer was accepted. Choosing Dimple as our Agent to purchase our first home was the best decision we made. She made the whole Home Buying process so seamless and was there for us through every step of the way. Dimple comes with ton of experience and it’s very evident from the first time you interact with her. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Dimple Desai. She worked with us patiently as we were in search of that "perfect" house we wanted. She quickly understood our family's preferences, how we functioned and worked diligently to get us a perfect one for our needs. Dimple is extremely professional and always on top of things. She was ready with information and answers even before we asked. If she thought that a home may suit us, she would try to get us to view it the very first morning it went on the market. Even though we were not first time home buyers, she constantly pointed out to things we may not otherwise realize. Dimple cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when considered any overpriced homes. She was always open, transparent and reliable. Without a doubt, she was more interested in finding a home for us than closing a deal.

Despite all the months of our search, our perfect home ended up being an off the market, for-sale-by-owner home a friend found for us. Dimple was very excited for us and continued to advise us like a friend. Despite being a no-agent transaction, we hired her separately to help us through the process knowing that she really and truly has our best interests in mind. Dimple took care of every little detail all through the process - reviewing the inspection reports, loan milestones, obtaining proper and complete disclosures from the other party, ensuring that all our escrow details were accurate etc., etc., She even helped me find the right contractors for our post close fixes! I don't know how many agents check with their buyers after escrow closes, but Dimple checked with me from time to time how things were during fixes!!

Buying a home is a big decision and knowing that your agent is really on your side makes the process very stress free.

My review is long overdue! We had interviewed a couple of realtors before we met Dimple Desai from Keller Williams. She helped us find our first home.

It was a breeze working with Dimple- not only she would plan her day around our schedules, but she would also return calls quickly and made sure we were able to view the properties at a moment’s notice. She was literally available 24/7 and invested the time to understand what we wanted and needed in a home. While she will steer you in the right direction, she will not push for anything you do not want to do or not like. She really becomes "YOUR" agent before you know it. She is willing to go above and beyond and sticks with you before, during and after the process.

If you need to sell and/or buy a home - you need someone you can trust who has your best interest and you will not find anyone better than Dimple!
