I've worked with DiNae on two transactions lately as her lender partner. DiNae is a pro among pros. She's a clear and prompt communicator, and expert negotiator, and exceptionally knowledgable. I never once had to wonder where we were at in the transaction or ask twice for any kind of documentation. She was also really good at following up with our clients in between me reaching out to them which helped with consistent touch points and messaging. It's been a pleasure DiNae, looking forward to many more to come!

We had an excellent experience working with DiNae Fitzke and we would highly recommend her real estate services. We really appreciated her professionalism and experience. DiNae will work hard for you, with honesty and integrity.
We moved out of state and left our property for sale, it would have been even more stressful if we did not have confidence in DiNae to handle all the details we left behind. She stayed in touch constantly and was always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves. She even helped in the final clean up and removal of personal property that we were unable to move. She worked beyond what one would expect!

Our experience with DiNae was amazing. We were able to give the responsibility of selling our house completely to her. She kept us updated on all of the developments along the way. It was so nice to have confidence in DiNae to literally take care of everything. It was the smoothest house selling process I've ever experienced. The statement: "DiNae's taking care of it" was spoken frequently between my husband and I. The only thing she didn't do was help move the piano, but I guess I can't fault her for that!

I've bought 4 homes in my lifetime but I've never have had the level of service and consideration for my situation until DiNae Fitzke from Bella Casa real estate group.

Her professionalism, yet her authentic care for my situation placed her in a class of her own. You see, my father needed to move-in because of his health and we needed a place that fully suited him and me.
We are uniquely different folks, but she was able to listen and hear our stories and our individual needs. She provided us with targeted showings that were valuable to us instead of wasting our time. We got our dream house! He can leave a legacy for his great grandchildren, and I can enjoy the serenity of my big yard and have enough room for me and my friends to watch football on the big screen. Her easy going personality is how we got here and is why she's so easy to refer to my family and friends. If you want a good experience without a bunch of hassles go with DiNae.
