Dinko began his real estate career in 1985 when he started as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with H.K. Benjamin Realty in Forest Hills, Queens. In 1986, he became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a few years later, in 1989, he acquired Benjamin Realty. In sales, he always maintained a status of top agent and over 30 years later, is still responsible for more transactions than any other individual in office history.
Dinko has always been a leader in the real estate industry - and continues to top sales in today's current market. He maintains his presence in Benjamin Realty's main office in Forest Hills, Queens and is directly involved in day-to-day office/business activity, to include his specialty in co-op and condominium sales, as well as the overall management of the office team and his long-standing, ongoing relationships with building boards and sponsors throughout Queens & Long Island. On a personal note, Dinko also manages his own ongoing personal, property investments that allow him a first-hand understanding of all aspects and roles involved in real estate. Lastly, as a mark of his genuine character, vast knowledge, utmost credibility & top expertise, his reputation as a highly respected & regarded individual & real estate pioneer continues amongst business partners within the industry, as well as local business owners, neighbors, and clients throughout the Queens & Long Island communities.
