We met Dino at an open house and asked him to be our realtor. He tells like it is even if you don't want to hear it. Dino represented us in both a sale and a purchase. He worked closely with me to navigate a very strange market. He was there at all the homes we wanted to look at and was always available to answer questions. we fired our original realtor because of poor communication. I would absolutely go with Dino for our future purchase or sale. Highly recommended!

Dino was awesome! Patient while we navigated multiple offers and contracts. Always quick to respond an email and never once seemed less than positive about trekking around to meet us anywhere. He made the whole process pretty easy and did a killer job orchestrating with the attorney and lender. His attitude and demeanor really put me at ease when my anxieties flared too. I was a first-time home buyer and Dino was my first experience with a realtor/real estate agent. It was an excellent experience. I knew what I exactly wanted: new construction, something urban, rugged and solid all in the same specific neighborhood. Dino took a note of this and was very helpful by following-up with me regularly with listings without being pushy. We could always schedule showings same or next day without issue. Dino is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate including home inspections, mortgage/closing costs, he went over all the closing charges which I had questions on, in addition to my lender and lawyer. He helped me avoid some homes with problems that I didn't want to get into. I would highly recommend Dino to anyone, especially Young Professionals looking to purchase their first home who may be feeling quite uncomfortable with how complicated the whole process is. Knowing I had him in my corner kept my mind at ease. Asking him questions! He is happy to impart some real estate knowledge on you, he is easy to vibe with-which is very import, you just tell him how it is, and he listens. You will learn a lot. It was an amazing experience and I closed on time with no hassles during a global pandemic.

Dino was very responsive during the whole process. I contacted him one weekend and we were looking at condos the next weekend. He listened well when I outlined what kind of features were must-haves versus what I merely would really love to have, and the list of prospective properties he sent me were spot-on. I told him which 5 or so I was most interested in, and the first one we went to was a perfect fit. Less than two weeks into house-hunting, my offer was accepted. During the six weeks between offer and closing, Dino and the lawyer managed to nag and cajole the various parties (mostly the bank, but also a little the HOA) into getting things done on time. The bank caused some last-minute hiccups on the day of closing, but my end of it felt like it went about as smoothly as these things ever go. Overall, it was a good experience.
