About Dion

Born and raised in Detroit, the Motor City, Dion Bartley was educated at Alabama State University and Covenant College. While living in Metro Atlanta, he spent close to 20 years in law enforcement and public safety working for local and the Federal government. Several of those years he used his skills as a trained Hostage Negotiator. Sales, on the other hand has always been in his blood. From the age of fourteen selling newspapers for the Detroit News till now. But Dion fell in love with real estate soon as he was exposed. His passion for real estate began long before he sat for his first real estate class back in 1998. As a teenager in Detroit, Dion spent many days admiring his mentor/ football coach who also owned a very successful real estate company, work and build his brand. Years of watching his hard work help to get that fire burning in him. He loves the gambit and the negotiation of the deal down to seeing those smiling faces after the closing. He is currently licensed in three states (Georgia for twenty-four years, Michigan, and Florida). He was previously licensed in Alabama. His real estate experience includes new home sales, investment properties, residential resales, and land sales.
