Dishon Lutz

His name is Dishon Lutz, and he is a licensed residential real estate/commercial broker with Real Estate of the Summit. Dishon's primary focus is to assist clients with the process of buying and selling residential and commercial property. He has achieved a successful career by prioritizing the goals of his clients and providing them with the necessary resources to achieve those goals. Whether he's working with an investor or a first-time homebuyer, Dishon takes pride in his strong communication skills, values, and commitment to customer service.

Dishon's journey in the real estate industry began as an apprentice for the most highly regarded custom homebuilder in Southern Indiana, a perennial Parade of Homes award winner. During this time, he also attended the University of Southern Indiana and completed his B.A. in Marketing. Following his graduation, Dishon's passion for the outdoors and adventurous lifestyle led him and his wife, Joan, to Colorado.

During their time in the mountains, Dishon worked as a Manager for Vail Resorts and eventually transitioned into a career as a real estate broker. His Colorado real estate career has also involved investments in vacation rentals, property management, and flipping homes.
