Dita Sartain

A proud Northern Virginia native, Dita Sartain earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Oklahoma City University, launching a successful career in the performing arts that first brought her to the Carolina coast. What began as a professional opportunity quickly grew into a love for the Grand Strand lifestyle — and ultimately a passion for helping others make the coast their home.

Dita has built her real estate career on professionalism, local expertise, and genuine care for her clients.
