I would highly recommend Domingo Martinez if buying or selling a home! We were selling our home after a contentious legal dispute, and had multiple law firms and parties involved. Domingo expertly navigated through all the legal concerns, and was able to work with all parties to make the process extremely smooth. He answered any questions we had, and was able to put us at ease and made the entire process very simple.

He was extremely professional with all parties involved, and was able to give us honest, knowledgeable answers, and break down anything complicated to make sure we fully understood what was happening. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and was proactive in ensuring we got information we would need for the next step in the process. I look forward to working with him in the future as we look to purchase a home!

Domingo is amazing!!! This was my first time purchasing a home, he broke everything down and explained it all step by step, he went above and beyond to make sure the process was painless and was able to help me close within a month. If you are thinking of buying or selling a house, give Domingo a call. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I could not recommend him more highly.
He made the whole process extremely easy, and kept in contact with us each step of the way. He recommended us to a great home inspector who found some issues we would never have known about, and Domingo negotiated to have those costly ($$$) items repaired before we even moved in so we never had to deal with the headache of hiring a plumber, opening up walls, or dealing with wood and drywall being ruined or mold forming as a result of a small, hidden leak that was found using an infrared camera.

I really felt like he had our best interest at heart throughout the whole process, and was not just trying to push us to buy any house. He would let us know about homes as soon as they came on the market, and sometimes even BEFORE they went live, truly giving us an edge in this market. Now he's helping my brother with selling his house, and in only a few days they've received multiple offers! He's definitely our agent for life.
