What drew me in particular to this team was the happenstance meeting with Dominic and a short conversation realizing that he and his team have the wherewithall and the knowledge to distribute the information in a hitech way. The disruption in how he markets was incredible, and the reach was endless. It was intriguing, entertaining, and drew out of town buyers. This was all generated through a Trulia Conversation. His team is creative, fun, hitech, and timeliness in responses. I was hesitant at first because they were located in Mount Vernon, but the distance didn't seem to hinder them at all. Social Media meets Real Estate! The quality of pictures is something I have noticed whenever I look at real estate listings and not only does this team have the top notch newest technology for pictures, the team uses professional videographers to create a stunning real life experience of life in the home. Our newly remodeled home had an amazing entertainment space in our open concept kitchen great room and our video highlighted this by documenting a Friendsgiving crowd, visiting and eating and having plenty of space. They have a very user friendly website that tells you daily the activity on your listing and all the views you are receiving on the various platforms. The agents worked to create an equitable resolution to our negotiations, so that was appreciated. The day of our video shoot, Dom, the team lead, even rolled up his sleeves and helped us with staging and final touches, as in turning the drawer pulls around on our custom vanity, who knew they shipped turned inwards!?

I am a 3rd grade teacher in the Burlington school district. Overall it was a great experience. The team was really responsive to all my questions, and there was always someone available to help me with anything that I needed. It wasn't awkward, I had been shopping around for other real estate agents and it felt stilted, or odd. The Pettruzzelli team was really warm and friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process.

Did not pressure me to spend any more than my budget, helped me identify flaws and advantages in the homes we looked at, and was my guide through the entire home buying process. We chose Dominic out of pure luck. It was the best experience we could have had. He was funny, professional, and very prompt in every interaction we had during the process of buying our home. He accommodated us and bent over backwards for us in every way possible. We will defiantly use him again. Dominic Petruzzelli responded initially to my request for help when I called the phone # on a sign outside a house for sale. He showed me a couple of houses and was very courteous. By the ~3rd house, Jenna Estefan showed up at the house as Dominic was busy that day. I worked with Jenna from then on until I found a house to purchase. Jenna was great. Courteous and respectful, not pushy or invasive, and very available (worked around my schedule as I work full-time). I highly recommend Jenna. It was my first time purchasing a house so I didn't know what to expect, but Jenna make things relatively easy. I don't have prior experience for comparison, but definitely can recommend her to friends.
