Meet Dominick:
A native Texan turned desert dweller in 2001, after his parents moved him and his two older brothers out to AZ. While keeping his Texas roots at heart, Dominick built a strong love and familiarity with the greater Phoenix area through his travels playing high school baseball and golf. Dominick went on to attend Arizona State for college where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business. Post college, Dominick went into an exploratory phase searching for his path. He’s worked in everything from house painting, credit repair, a steel manufacturer and the liquor industry, just to name a few. While these industries provided useful skills and growth, none of them felt quite like home until he started in real estate.
Dominick started working on a small, but mighty boutique team inside of My Home Group in late 2018 and quickly found that doing the right thing, honesty, education and guidance went a long way in helping good people through the real estate process. This resonated deeply as Dominick recalled the not so great experience his parents had in purchasing their Phoenix home earlier that year. Today, what keeps Dominick in the real estate industry is the opportunity to truly serve people, to simplify a process that can seem overwhelming and to shine a light on what’s ahead through education and guidance. Thus Guidance Real Estate was born after Dominick branched off independently from co-leading another strong and quality team inside of My Home Group from late 2020 to May of 2024.
Now Dominick looks forward to helping and guiding his family, close friends and the good people they know through the real estate process - whether buying, selling or investing. In his free time, Dominick prioritizes his faith, spending quality time with his family, including his loving wife, Danielle and their fur baby Everest along with his mom, his two brothers, their significant others, and his nieces and nephews. Dominick also enjoys a wide range of active hobbies like working out, softball and even runs a Saturday golf league that travels to different courses around the valley once a month.
Dominick and his wife Danielle welcomed their first little one, a daughter, into the world in December of 2024!
