I can’t thank Don Bennetts enough for his steadfast support during the sale of my Fallbrook home and purchase of another. He made a very stressful and difficult process a seamless one. Always available, it is clear that he is passionate about his work and the clients he works for.

Impeccably staged and photographed, first day of showing brought the absolute perfect buyers with an offer that was too good to pass up. Don facilitated the sale calmly but firmly with my best interests foremost in front.

Throughout I had been searching far and wide for my next home and was resigned to not finding what I wanted, an adobe, and to having to leave Fallbrook my home of 38 years. Don never gave up and when “it” suddenly appeared, Don was there to help me grab it.

Don Bennetts helped me sell my beloved home at the right price to the right people and find the next home that is right for me. I simply cannot thank him enough.

We cannot thank Don Bennetts enough for his incredible expertise and execution of the sale of our home here in Fallbrook. Our situation was unusual in that we lost our home in a fire in 2019. Having met Don before and knowing his background in construction and real estate it was a no brainer to seek his consultation and knowledge through every step of the way. He guided us through the rebuilding process even when we were not sure we would be selling it after completion. He calmly carried us through some stressful and complicated times and was very helpful in major decisions in the rebuild. He had no guarantee of our using him now or ever but advised us in making this home a ""gorgeous gem" in a rapidly changing market. We had 24 showings in 7 days and opened escrow in less than 10 with multiple offers. He was ahead of us every step of the way. We highly recommend Don and look forward to working with him again in the near future. We have never worked with a more competent and seasoned professional like Don. Don Bennetts was an absolute delight! We could not have asked for a better Realtor. He was professional, flexible, communicated well with us, was easy-going, and kind hearted. As a young, growing family and being first-time home buyers, the process can be a bit stressful. Don was always available to talk and answer our many questions. His main goal throughout the entire home buying process was to look out for our best interest. Don put our minds at ease. We appreciated all of his hard work in making our dream come true. The experience that I have enjoyed with Don Bennetts as the Sellers Agent for the sale of my mother’s home in Fallbrook can only be explained as exceptional. We lost our mother last July and the sale of her home was the final execution of her estate and her last wishes. From the first moment that we signed the listing agreement with Don he has put our wishes and desires first, serving our needs almost more as a friend than as an agent. He has an attention to detail, delivered in an extremely low-key manner, which instilled the relationship required for us both to trust each other, bounce ideas around, solve problems as they arose, and generally work as a team with a common goal in mind. His experience as a former contractor, and his knowledge of the Southern California housing market, allowed us to formulate a strategy to find the best and most qualified buyer possible. The word “us” is expressly used in this review. With Don, you have an agent that is most interested in creating a collaboration between agent and seller. He was accessible 24 hours per day and took much effort in lessening the load involved with necessary repairs after the required inspection. I highly recommend that you consider Don Bennetts. You won’t find a nicer or more dedicated real estate agent.
